Card Security Code: On American Express, the card security code is 4 digits above and to the right of the credit card number. On Mastercard, VISA, and Discover, the card security code is 3-4 digits on the back of the card on the signature panel. It will appear after either the whole credit card number, or the last 4 digits of the credit card number.

CW Cases Return Policy
Returns for Manufacturer or Material Defects:
CW Cases will warranty any case against manufacturer defects when returned within seven days from purchase. The customer is responsible for return postage (COD is not accepted). Upon verification of defect the case will be replaced (postage paid) or the cost of the case refunded to the Customer.
Returns Other Than Manufacturer or Material Defects: The purchaser must notify CW Cases in writing of their intent to return the case for refund with an explanation of why the case is being returned. The purchaser will bear the cost and responsibility of shipping the case to CW Cases for return. The case must be returned in unused condition within one week to CW Cases for the full price to be refunded to the purchaser. Refund price is the cost of the case, minus actual shipping charges and a $5.00 re-stocking fee. CW Cases reserves the right to refuse refund on cases returned in less than new or damaged condition not due to manufacturer defect.
